Couple suitable experience
I stayed here for 3 nights and the breakfast was excellent, so many choices for just 12 euros! The staff were friendly, so helpful when I needed directions to a local bistro.
It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel is grand old with amiable stuff at the reception desk. The venue has reasonably large and well heated rooms complete with a big street-facing windows and a kettle and coffee. The interior is nice and design is nice. The venue is in the center of the town.
The bathrooms are a little small.

The hotel was fairly clean, cool, had polite and very polite staff at the reception desk. The location was great and amazing, for example, Old Town was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

Absoluteley terrible experience! The walls are paper thin-the noise from other rooms is unbearable! And, air conditioning? Don't get me started, it was broken! I expected at least a complementary drink as an apology, but no. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't after this disaster. Train yourself to provide better service next time!

Nice location
Lack of parking was real nuisance and parking place is. 5-10 min walk so beware. Rooms were very tired and shabby. I would warn visitors to not sleep with windows open unless youwant to be consumed by Mosquitos.

Good location near the central railroad station, place Massena (buses) and promenade. About 5-7 min on foot. Frendly staff and old French room.
Possibly the bath facilities needs to be pretty newer.
